Hi! We're Robert and Jane.
We think San Miguel de Allende and Casa Carolina del Sur are pretty special.Besides enjoying one of the best climates in the world, it's a fascinating city, bright, seducing, and full of artistic and cultural riches. It only takes one walk through San Miguel to realize that it is a great example of conservation. San Miguel's historic zone, is a relaxed area, filled with precious colonial buildings and manicured gardens. In the center of the city is the Parroquia of San Miguel Arcángel, which has become a very important landmark in this beautiful and mystical city. San Miguel de Allende is considered to be not only one of the most beautiful cities in the whole country of Mexico, but all around the world.San Miguel's marvels don't stop there, San Miguel also offers it's visitors with an endless amount of restaurants, cafes, night clubs, art galleries, decorative gift shops, art schools, museums, etc. Some of the most typical handicrafts here in San Miguel are blown glass, wrought iron, tin, silver, leather articles, and more.
We have been traveling to San Miguel for many many years, and we truly believe it is heaven on earth! Nothing could replace all of the lovely memories we have made in this city with friends, family and our beloved mini dachshund, Precious. We are originally from South Carolina, hence the name of our Mexican home. Nowadays, we live in the cozy town of Brevard, North Carolina, and we love our home in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains. If you have any questions about San Miguel or Casa Carolina Del Sur, please feel free to reach out to us via email or phone call. We love sharing the San Miguel magic!
